Project Details
The plant is designed to process sludge waste from the industry process. Analysis of the Rotary Kiln technology, applying a combined solution of Drying and Energy Recovery of Sludge for partial production of process steam, instead of a solution dedicated only to drying. As an upside, the potential of integrating biomass into the rotary kiln was evaluated in order to fully meet the steam production needs.
After analyzing the technical and economic feasibility study, it was decided to build the Biomass Sludge Burning Unit with Steam production for use in the Factory's Production Process.
