Project Details

The project aims to process 56.700 tons of poultry waste per year to generate electricity. This integrated solution combines a waste energy recovery plant, a photovoltaic plant, and a thermal plant with dual fuel engines. The key components are: Waste to Energy Plant, Photovoltaic Plant (18 MW), and Thermal Plant with Dual Fuel Engines (7 MW). The integrated approach ensures efficient processing of poultry waste and maximizes energy recovery. The project supports the Omani government's goals of enhancing food security and promoting renewable energy.
